Matthew Florendine, Commercial Director


Matthew initially qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar in 1999.  He has since held a variety of senior management positions with RAC, Aviva and Hugh James Solicitors.  During this time he also completed an Exec MBA from Bath University

Positions held include Head of Operations, Head of Legal Supply Chain, Head of Legal Services, Director of Fast Track Claims and Business Development Director.  Through these varied positions, Matthew has gained a wealth of experience – including managing operational units of c.150 people (dealing with legal claims, legal advice, first notification of loss, accident management), business process management, improving poor performing teams, improving new business conversion rates, restructuring underperforming business units, identifying and delivering defendant claims cost reduction strategies, undertaking strategic negotiations between insurers, designing and delivering long term business strategies, as well as one year business plans to achieve stability and ultimately growth

Rhian Riley, Marketing Manager


Rhian Riley is a marketing professional with almost 20 years of experience.  She is a qualified chartered marketer – having completed her training with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and University of Wales, Newport. Her experience and background is varied – covering most marketing disciplines.  Drawing on this expertise, Rhian is able to adapt her style and technique to suit the project in hand.  She has specialised in the legal sector since 2010.  Prior to this, she worked in managerial positions for large organisations such as MFI, Land Securities and Hugh James Solicitors

Andy Miles, CEO


Andy has more than 20 years’ experience in both FTSE 100 and SME companies. He was a General Manager for BT plc – managing a £200m division, as well as driving performance at a host of smaller private firms.  He has also implemented new technologies with the British Transport Police – including delivering and managed CEOP portal (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre), along with assisting many other firms

Andy’s experience covers security, operations, technical and business transformation.  He advises at Board level – ensuring businesses have the right technology and strategy in place to succeed.  Always hands on, he challenges the status quo so clients get the highest levels of service from both their IT service providers, IT departments and the best contractual terms.  Andy is a member of both the Information Systems Section Association (ISSA) and other key Information Security forums
